• Account Information: If you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the App, including features used, session duration, and problem types.
• Device Information: We collect device identifiers, operating system version, and device model for analytics and troubleshooting.
• Purchase Information: If you subscribe to Dualis Pro, we receive transaction confirmations from Apple. We do not have access to your payment card details.

3.1 Google AI (Gemini)

We use Firebase for authentication, data storage, and analytics. Data processed through Firebase is subject to Firebase's Privacy Policy.

3.3 RevenueCat

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specifically:

• Problem History: Saved problems are retained until you delete them or your account.
• Usage Analytics: Aggregated analytics data is retained for up to 24 months.
• Account Data: Retained until account deletion is requested.
