By downloading, installing, or using Logic ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Logic is an educational mobile application that teaches logical argumentation, critical thinking, and reasoning skills through:

• Interactive lessons on logic and argumentation
• Quizzes to test your knowledge
• Learning games
• An argument workshop with AI feedback
• An AI-powered tutor for personalized assistance

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Free Tier

The free version of Logic includes access to all lessons with limited features. Free users will see advertisements.

Logic Pro Subscription

Logic Pro is a paid subscription that provides:

• Ad-free experience
• Unlimited AI Tutor queries
• Access to all quiz difficulty levels
• Unlimited game attempts
• Advanced workshop feedback
• Detailed progress insights

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Share your account with others
• Use the AI Tutor to generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use automated systems to access the App

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including lessons, quizzes, graphics, and software, is owned by Logic or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. AI Tutor

The AI Tutor feature is provided for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI responses may occasionally contain errors
• The AI should not be considered a substitute for professional academic instruction
• We reserve the right to limit AI usage to prevent abuse

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Logic operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
